Founded in 1965 by Gordon Rice, Executive Management offers a complete range of real estate services. Over the years, Executive Management has managed South Central Wisconsin area real estate with tenants such as American Family Insurance, State of Wisconsin, DecisionOne Corp., Carmike Cinemas, General Electric, Northwest Airlines, and Wisconsin Power & Light. Additionally, EMI has developed highly visible Madison area real estate such as University Square Mall, The Wisconsin Veterans Museum, and Madison East Shopping Center and has completed development projects for clients such as Walgreens, Kilgust Mechanical, Protech Engineering, Ray-O-Vac, TruGreen, and Bridges Golf Course, an 18-hole public golf course with a four-tee configuration. EMI currently manages a portfolio of commercial and industrial properties with a value over 120,000,000 dollars.
